Payment is required only after the credit review is completed and the client accepts the recommended service package. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Pricing is based on the number of negative accounts addressed.
Late payments and student loans are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

Refunds are not issued if the client provides false information, fails to cooperate, cancels service voluntarily, or violates these Terms.
Credit No Issue is not a law firm. We are not attorneys. We do not provide legal advice. We do not represent clients in court.
We do not guarantee account removal, score increases, specific timelines, loan approvals, or credit approvals. Results depend on credit history, creditor reporting accuracy, client behavior, and external factors beyond our control.
Clients agree to provide truthful information, submit requested documents, maintain communication, follow guidance provided, and avoid actions that harm credit.
Credit No Issue shall not be liable for credit decisions by lenders, loan denials, interest rates, financial losses, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
Any dispute arising from services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hampton, Virginia. Clients agree to waive participation in class action lawsuits and jury trials.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

All services are performed on a case-by-case basis. Typical timelines are 90 days on average, with complex cases taking up to 180 days.
Clients must respond to requests, provide documents, follow instructions, and maintain communication. Failure to cooperate may delay service, impact results, and void guarantees.
By submitting payment, the client authorizes Credit No Issue to perform services and process payment through Stripe. Payments are considered earned upon service initiation.
Clients agree to avoid actions that negatively impact credit during service, including missing payments, opening new negative accounts, maxing out credit cards, and ignoring financial obligations.

We reserve the right to terminate service if the client provides false information, becomes abusive, fails to cooperate, or violates these Conditions. No refund will be issued in these cases.
We are not responsible for delays caused by credit bureau processing times, government actions, system outages, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
By submitting information or payment, the client agrees that electronic signatures are valid and electronic communication is binding.
